The Summer Show – TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM DANCE RECEPTION

Ticket are on sale now at £12.00 per ticket, all seats. CASH ONLY (CORRECT MONEY PLEASE)

Tickets are seat number allocated and there is a limited amount due to us only doing one show this year because of not having enough chaperones to help. So make sure you order tickets asap to avoid disappointment.

 

Due to health and safety/fire regulations anyone over the age of two will be required to sit in a seat and therefore will require a ticket.

CHILDREN MUST ARRIVE IN THEIR CORRECT FOOTLIGHTS UNIFORM TO BE REGISTERED.

Plain black Leggings and their Footlights T-shirts/Hoodies/Jackets –

PLEASE ENSURE THESE ARE ALL NAMED

 

If your child only attends ballet and does not have a footlights t-shirt, they must still arrive in black leggings and as near to plain pink t-shirt or a plain black t-shirt.

CHILDREN MUST HAVE THEIR HAIR IN TWO FRENCH PLAITS OR BRAIDED BACK,

SO EVERYONE LOOKS NEAT AND PRESENTABLE.

NO BIG HAIR ACCESSORIES/BOWS/RIBBONS.

WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BRING ON THE DAY.

 

DANCE SHOES

Please ensure your child brings their dance shoes for the style of dance they attend and they are named

BALLET – Pink Ballet Shoes

TAP – Black Tap Shoes

STREET – Black Jazz Shoes or younger students may where black ballet shoes for street.

LYRICAL – Lyrical toe shoes (tuesday class)

 

A NAMED BOTTLE OF WATER.

 

 

Parents show permission

There will be a list of children’s names when you sign your child in at the theatre.

Please check the spelling of your child’s name for dvd editing, and sign giving permission for the performance to be filmed by Wizard Video Productions Ltd.

 

USB with a digital download code included will be available to order at £23, these can be pre ordered before the show or after up until 17th May.

 

Videoing of the performance is strictly for bidden under copyright laws and under the child protection act.

The use of photographic/videoing equipment (including mobile phones) during the performance

is strictly prohibited. Any persons in breach of this will be removed from the theatre, no exceptions!

 

 

 

 

COLLECTION OF CHILDREN ….. PLEASE READ….. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 As there is a lot of children participating in the show and not many chaperones assisting, the dismissal of the children needs to be organised properly to ensure all children remain safe through the collection period.Therefore the procedure will be:

 

At the end of the performance once parent must remain seated in the theatre.

All other guests must leave the theatre and wait in the foyer/car park etc.

Children will then be bought out in classes onto the stage, where the hand over will be overseen by

Mrs Vicki, Miss Vicki and Miss Maisie who know all the parents.

Please remain seated and do not approach the stage area, once you have collected your child please leave the theatre.

 

Under no circumstance are parents allowed backstage, this area is only for staff and chaperones.
