Who takes part?
All dance classes: Ballet/tap, street dance, lyrical/contemporary
All Performing Arts classes.
Acro Dance classes: Mondays 7.00-7.45pm, Tuesday 7.00-7.45pm & Wednesdays 6.15-7.00pm
Unfortunately due to running time of shows, we do not have the capacity for all gymnastics classes to perform.

TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM DANCE RECEPTION
£10.00 per ticket, all seats. CASH ONLY, NO CHEQUES. Tickets are seat number allocated.
Due to health and safety/fire regulations anyone over the age of two will be required to sit in a seat and therefore will require a ticket.
The theatre has a maximum capacity and tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
ALL CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THE SHOW MUST HAVE THEIR HAIR IN TWO FRENCH PLAITS/BRAIDS, AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.
WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BRING
ALL CHILDREN MUST ARRIVE IN THE CORRECT FOOTLIGHTS UNIFORM TO BE REGISTERED.
Plain black Leggings/shorts and their Pink Footlights T-shirt/vest top, as they will require this for the finale of the show.
Any children who do not have these will not be able to participate in the finale.
Children who only attend ballet/tap/gymnastics classes will require a plain pink t-shirt and black leggings/shorts.
PACKED LUNCH/ PLENTY OF WATER, IN A DISPOSBALE BAG, CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR CHILDS NAME.
No chocolate/nut products or fizzy drinks are permitted, & these will be taken away by chaperones.
CORRECT DANCE SHOES – BALLET/TAP/JAZZ SHOES (no socks will be worn with any dance shoes)
All children who attend street classes must have black jazz shoes.
ALL CLOTHING AND SHOES MUST BE NAMED AND IN A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG.
NO OTHER BAGS/CLOTHING/LUNCH BAGS WILL BE PERMITTED BACK STAGE
Children should be brought to the theatre entrance where they will be booked in on a register.
See arrival times. (At this time no parents will be allowed into the theatre)

Street Tue 5.30pm/Fri 5.30pm, Performing Arts 12.30pm
Gymnastics 12.45pm

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD EARLIER THAN THE ABOVE TIME, AS THEY WILL NOT BE BOOKED IN.
After the show please wait for your child in the foyer area where staff and chaperones will bring the children out in class order for you to collect.
Parents will not have access to children during the interval, as they will remain backstage with staff and chaperones.
Under no circumstance are parents allowed backstage, this area is only for staff and chaperones.

There will be a list of children’s names on the noticeboard, please check the spelling of your child’s name for dvd editing, and sign the permission section if your child is participating in 2019 annual show.
Dvd's
The show will be filmed by Wizard Video Productions Ltd.
As the majority of children who participate in our annual shows have not purchased DVDs in previous years, the price per DVD is being increased this year to £25 to cover the cost of Wizard Video Productions. If there are insiffiacnet sales this year, we will not be bale to bbok the company to film for us next year.
Videoing of the performance is strictly for bidden under copyright laws and under the child protection act.
The use of photographic/videoing equipment (including mobile phones) during the performance
is strictly prohibited. Any persons in breach of this will be removed from the theatre, no exceptions!
Show Photographs
This year’s show will be photographed by B & C Photography, you will be able to view and purchase photographs on the show day and afterwards via their secure website. Password to obtain website entry can be obtained from Vicki in the weeks after the show.
